REDEMPTION RULES:

• Location: Information counter, B1, Estella Place.
• Timing: 09:30 – 22:00 – Fridays to Sundays từ 15/11 – 28/12/2025

*Note: Customer must redeem ticket before 20:00 on 28/12/2025.

TICKETS RULES:

• Tickets are only applied at Sliding zone, Level 1, Estella Place.
• Tickets are valid from 10:30 – 21:00 from Fridays – Sundays on 15/11 – 28/12/2025.
• One (01) Ticket is only applicable for one (01) playtime for one (01) child.

*In case the Ticket exchange time is outside Sliding zone’s operating hours, the Ticket can be used on the following days and before 21:00 on 28/12/2025

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Rewards+ members having spending from VND500,000 at Estella Place or redeem 30,000 Rewards+ point to receive one (01) Ticket at Information Counter, B1:

• For spending: Each member can redeem maximum 03 tickers per day
• For point redemption: No limited redemption per member

Can be combined maximum from two (02) different receipts.

Receipts are valid on the same date of purchase, excluding vouchers and other discount promotions. Receipts cannot be used for other programs.

The promotion is not valid for receipts from Nespresso and other events held at Event Atrium, Level 1, Estella Place.

Excluded from Rewards+ point accumulation and gift redemption are event receipts, handwritten receipts, deposit receipts, goods return receipts, top-up receipts, bank slips, as well as any receipts that exhibit signs of erasing, counterfeiting, or information blurring.

Members are required to adhere to the terms and conditions of the Rewards+ loyalty program.

Customers have to present Rewards+ membership ID to redeem the gift.

Estella Place does not deliver vouchers/ gifts to members.

Retail tenants and their staff are ineligible to participate in this promotion.

By providing personal information, members consent to Estella Place's utilization of such information for the purpose of promoting the mall's upcoming promotional programs.

Estella Place reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time, without prior notification to customers.

SLIDING ZONE GUIDELINE

• Customer can enjoy complimentary the playground on Mondays – Thursdays from 15/11/2025 – 01/01/2026
• The ticket will be applied on Fridays – Sundays. Rewards+ members who have valid spending can redeem the tickets at Information counter, B1, Estella Place.
• Children under one metre are required to accompany adults (above 18 years old).
• The Sliding zone will be open from 09:30 and close from 21:30 everyday. The last participation is at 21:00.
• No wearing sandals/shoes, chewing gum, eating, and drinking or bringing all kinds of liquids to the playground.
• Please take off your shoes and leave it on the rack before entering the playground.
• No shoving, teasing, bullying, climbing or saying unkind words.
• Please queue in line and be patient for your turn.
• No bringing any items that are considered dangerous (such as knives, scissors, pens, etc.), cellphones or valuable items to the playground.
• Please do not leave your belongings unattended and Estella Place is not responsible for any losses.
• Please let your kids use the restroom before entering the playground. Participants are responsible for hygiene issues during playtime, including any costs incurred (if any).
• Please keep your eyes on your kids on the playground.
• Please do not take all the items or equipment out of the playground.
• Estella Place reserves the right to refuse the participants in the following cases:
• Under the unhealthy status or the influence of drugs, alcohol resulting in inappropriate behaviors.
• Endanger to other participants inside the playground.
• Refuse to comply with the safety regulations and disturb social order, or affect the life, health, and property of other participants.
• By participating in the playground at Estella Place, members agree to comply with all the regulations in the Safety Guidelines and instructions of event staff. Estella Place will not accept any participants in the event of non-compliance.
