PET POLICY AND PET OWNER GUIDELINES

Help keep our pet‑friendly spaces safe and enjoyable for everyone!

To maintain a welcoming environment, pet owners are required to comply with the following rules and operational guidelines when bringing pets into the mall.

1. Permitted Pets

Pets permitted in the mall include:

• Cats
• Small and Medium‑sized Dogs under 20kg, in accordance with the list below:

2. Entry & Safety Requirements

• Pets must be always secured in a carrier or stroller and under control with a leash, whenever they are inside the mall premises.
• Pets are required to be fully vaccinated, and owners should be able to present vaccination records if requested.
• The mall reserves the right to refuse entry to any pet showing signs of illness, skin conditions, or behavior unsuitable for the mall environment.

3. Animals Not Permitted

For the safety and comfort of all customers, aggressive or dangerous breeds, or similar breeds are known for aggressive behavior are not allowed.

4. Mall Pet Amenities

To support pet owners, the mall provides:

• Pet‑friendly lifts. Owners are encouraged to park near designated lifts.
• Pet wastes are located at Basement 1 and Level 1.
• Complimentary pet carriers and strollers, available at the Information Counter (Basement 1), on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
• Pets must be hand‑carried from the car park to the Information Counter.

5. Before You Visit

Pet owners are encouraged to:

• Ensure pets are well‑socialized and comfortable in public spaces.
• Prepare essentials such as waste bags, water, treats, and a carrier or stroller.
• Check individual store pet policies, as participation may vary by tenant.

6. While at the Mall

• Only pets placed in carriers or strollers are allowed inside the mall.
• Pets must remain secured at all times and never be left unattended.
• Follow designated pet‑friendly areas and all instructions from mall staff.
• Use shared pet amenities responsibly.
• Pets may only use designated pet lifts.

• Pets must not be placed on restroom basin counters.
• Pets are not allowed in children’s play areas or nursing rooms.

7. Cleanliness & Courtesy

• Owners must clean up after their pets immediately and dispose of waste properly at pet wastes.
• Pets are strongly encouraged to wear pee pad while inside the mall.
• Excessive noise, aggressive behavior, or disruptive actions will not be tolerated
• Please be considerate of other shoppers who may not feel comfortable around pets.

8. Stores & Restaurants

• Stores and restaurants may implement their own pet policies.
• Each store’s policy applies to its premises only.
• Please look for the “Pet-Friendly” sticker to identify participating stores.
