By bringing pets into Estella Place, owners agree to the following policies:
- Responsibility: Owners are fully responsible for any damage, accidents, or cleaning required due to their pets. The mall is not liable for incidents involving pets or owners who fail to comply with these rules.
- Designated Areas: Pets are welcome only in approved areas of the mall. They are not permitted inside clinics, childrenโs play zones, or stores that are not petโfriendly.
- Costs: Any expenses for repair, cleaning, or damage caused by pets will be charged to the owner.
- Supervision & Safety: Pets must remain secured in a carrier or stroller at all times while inside the mall. Unattended pets are not allowed, and mall staff will not provide supervision.
- Health Requirements: Owners confirm that pets are up to date on all required vaccinations and can provide proof if requested.
- Behavior: Disruptive actions such as barking, biting, or aggressive behavior should be avoided. If such issues arise, owners may be kindly requested to accompany pets outside the mall.
- Cleanliness: Owners must clean up after their pets immediately and dispose of pet waste properly in designated bins or pet sanitation stations.
- Mall Management Rights: Management reserves the right to refuse entry or request the removal of any pet deemed unsuitable, unsafe, or disruptive to other customers.
