TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. ELIGIBILITY

• The “NEW YEAR – NEW LUCK” promotion is organized by Estella Place (“Organizer”).
• It is applied to any shoppers who meet the requirements in the below criteria.
• The promotion is not applicable to retail tenants and their staffs, service providers, vendors, drivers and staffs of online shopping/transportation platforms and their relatives.
• Not in conjunction with any other promotions.
• By participating in Promotion, participants agree to be bound by and to comply with the Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”). Entry into Promotion is deemed acceptance of any amendments and variations of the T&Cs (if any).

2. MECHANISM

• The promotion is applicable for Rewards+ members only.
• Promotion period: 06/01/2023 – 29/01/2023.
• Members will get 01 lucky ticket (lucky draw participation form) with every spending from VND2,000,000.
• List of the prizes:

• Maximum 10 lucky tickets per member throughout the promotion period.
• Members to bring your receipt(s) along with related products to Estella Place Information Counter – Level 1 to receive lucky ticket.
• Receipts from different shops can be combined and only valid for redemption on the same date of purchase.
• The Lucky draw and winner announcement will be organized at 5PM, 30/01/2023 at main stage at Level 1, Estella Place.
• All winners shall be notified by phone via the phone number provided. List of winners shall also be posted on Estella Place’s Facebook and Website platform.
• The winners must collect the prizes within 30 days after the winner announcement date.
• Organizer reserves the right not to award, cancel the chances and cancel results in the events:
• Members do not provide full and accurate personal information including Full name, Identity Card/ Passport no, home address, valid phone number, email (if any) in promotion period.
• Cancellation, exchange of the chances and purchasing receipts are not allowed.
• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash and / or other goods.
• Prizes shall be warranted in accordance with the prize provider's warranty policy (if any).
• The winner is solely responsible for paying all taxes and fees related to the prize stipulated by Vietnamese Law (if any) and other expenses such as delivery, transportation, and accommodation fee.
• Estella Place is not responsible for any claim regarding to increase or decrease in the price of the prizes at the award time.
• Any prize not claimed within 30 days of notification will be forfeited. No alternatives will be offered. Estella Place shall have the right at its own discretion to re-use the prize for other promotions.

3. VALID RECEIPTS

• Only printed receipts from VND50,000 and above with shop names at Estella Place are eligible. Handwritten and duplicate receipts are not accepted.

• Receipts include Name of Estella Place shopping mall, store name and address, receipt number, payment value, and payment method or barcode (if any).
• Not applicable for receipts of Hanh Phúc Hospital, Bamboo Spa, purchasing gift cards at Estella Place and receipts from event vendors at level 1.
• Handwritten receipts, deposit receipts, goods return receipts, top-up receipts, bank slips, receipts having sign of erasing, counterfeiting or blurring information are not accepted.
• Members must snap full, clear, intact receipts to Rewards+ app.
• Customer Service Officers of Estella Place have the right to check the validity of receipts and refuse unqualified receipts.

4. GENERAL REGULATIONS

• The Organizer reserves the rights to request members to present Identity Card/ Passport, receipts, products and purchasing evidence to verify information account and spending amount in promotion period.
• Lucky tickets must be submitted together with valid receipts.
• Estella Place reserves the right at any time and in its sole and absolute discretion, replace and / or substitute any of the prize(s) with any other item of a similar value.
• Estella Place reserves the right to at any time and in its sole and absolute discretion to determine and / or amend or vary these terms and conditions without prior notice, including but not limited to cancelling, extending, terminating or suspending, this Lucky draw, the eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and number of winners, and the timing of any act to be done, and all participants shall be bound by these amendments.
• By providing personal information for Estella Place, shoppers agree that Estella Place can use them to promote the mall's upcoming promotion programs.
• The program is applicable for members living and working in the territory of Vietnam only.
• If there is any inconsistency of terms and conditions between this document and other communications, this document shall prevail.
• Members must comply with terms and conditions of Rewards+ loyalty program.
• Rewards+ and Estella Place Management reserve the right to change the rules & regulations as and when necessary.
