Redemption rules:

• Location: Information counter, B1, Estella Place.
• Timing: 09:30 – 22:00 from 21/03 – 20/04/2025.

*Note: Customer must redeem ticket before 20:00 on 20/04/2025.

Tickets rules:

Ticket is only applied at Bunny Crane, Level 1, Estella Place.

Ticket is valid on 21/03 - 20/04/2025 within the following time frame:

• Mondays - Thursdays: 10:00 - 20:30.
• Fridays - Sundays: 10:00 - 20:00.

If the redemption falls outside Bunny Crane's operating hours, the Ticket can be used on the following days and before 20:00 on 20/04/2025.

Terms & Conditions:

• Rewards+ members with valid single receipt of VND1,000,000 at Estella Place or valid single receipt from VND500,000 at Timezone are entitled to receive one (01) Ticket.
• Ticket is only applicable for 01 playtime for 01 child from 6 years-old and above, with a minimum height of 110cm and less than 90kg.
• Each child will have 20 seconds to participate in the game. Rules for receiving gifts as follows:

For Blind box: limit 01 box per playtime.

For other gift: receive all gifts that are picked up.

If players fail, players will get 01 snack.

• Each member is allowed to redeem a maximum of two (02) tickets per day.
• The promotion is not valid for receipts from Nespresso and other events held at Event Atrium, Level 1, Estella Place.
• Excluded from Rewards+ point accumulation and gift redemption are event receipts, handwritten receipts, deposit receipts, goods return receipts, top-up receipts, bank slips, as well as any receipts that exhibit signs of erasing, counterfeiting, or information blurring.
• Receipts from different shops cannot be combined and are only valid for redemption on the same date of purchase. Receipts cannot be used for other programs.

*GENERAL INFORMATION:

• The Rewards+ app is compatible with mobile phones running Android 7.0 or iOS 10.03 or later.
• Members are required to adhere to the terms and conditions of the Rewards+ loyalty program.
• Customers have to present Rewards+ membership ID to redeem the gift.
• Estella Place do not deliver the voucher/ gift to members.
• Retail tenants and their staff are ineligible to participate in this promotion.
• By providing personal information, members consent to Estella Place's utilization of such information for the purpose of promoting the mall's upcoming promotional programs.
