Pet stroller & carrier borrowing guidelines

To provide a comfortable and convenient experience for customers and their pets, Estella Place offers complimentary pet strollers and pet carriers at the Information Counter.

 

1. Eligibility

* Available for permitted cats and dogs under the Pet-Friendly Policy.

* Intended for pets weighing under 20kg.

 

2. Policy and Usage Area

* Customers are required to place a cash deposit of VND 2,000,000 for strollers or VND 1,000,000 for carrier bags when borrowing the equipment. The deposit will be refunded in full upon the return of the stroller or carrier bag in its original condition.

* Pet strollers/carriers are subject to availability and provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

* Pet strollers and carriers are for use within Estella Place only.

* Equipment must not be taken outside the mall premises.

 

3. Customer Responsibilities

* Customers are responsible for the proper use and care of the equipment during the borrowing period.

* Equipment must not be damaged, lost, or misused.

* Pet owners are required to clean up immediately if their pets soil the equipment or surrounding areas.

• An additional cleaning fee may apply if the equipment is returned in unsanitary condition.

 

4. Return of Equipment

* Pet strollers and carriers must be returned to the Information Counter (before 22h00) on the same day.

* An overdue fee may apply for returns made after the borrowing date.

 

5. Damage or Loss

* Customers may be required to compensate for any damage, loss, or misuse based on the actual extent of the damage.

 

6. Right to Refuse Service

* Estella Place reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the use of pet strollers/carriers if customers fail to comply with the regulations or if a pet poses a safety risk or disturbance to others.
