STEAMING TECHNOLOGY Hydrothermal steaming technology cooks the food with steam and allows serving right at the table when the food is just cooked to preserve 100% vitamins and minerals in the food.
Especially, during the steaming process, the nutrients from the food are not lost but "converged" into the Chang Kang Kung porridge pot.
