TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PROGRAM

- The promotion is applicable for Rewards+ members who have at least 01 valid spending from 1st Jan 2020 to 15th Apr 2021 (recorded in Rewards+ app).

- Duration of promotion: from 17/04 to 25/04/2021, or closing earlier while stocks last.

- Rewards+ members can redeem 01 VND50,000 Cheese coffee voucher with any successful sign-up from their referral of Rewards+ app to others (maximum 10 vouchers throughout the promotional period)

- To redeem Cheese coffee vouchers, members have to:

1. Open Rewards+ app.

2. Access Profile -> Invite Your Friends to get the referral code.

3. Send the code to their friends and encourage them to register for Rewards+ membership.

4. Referral codes have to be filled upon registration for verification purpose.

5. Referred person should provide accurate and full personal information as subject to terms and conditions.

6. Check your assigned vouchers in Vouchers -> My Vouchers.

7. Proceed to Information Counter, Level 1 Estella Place for Cheese coffee voucher redemption within 14 days after successful sign-up from their referral of Rewards+ app to others.

- New members will also receive maximum 01 VND50,000 Cheese coffee voucher with one single receipt dated 17/04 – 25/04/2021.

- New members with valid receipts will receive in-app notification and redeem vouchers from 10/05/2021 to 23/05/2021.

- Valid receipt is printed receipts from VND50,000 and above with shop names at Estella Place, excluding vouchers and other discount promotions.

- Event receipts, handwritten receipts, deposit receipts, goods return receipts, top-up receipts, bank slips, receipts having sign of erasing, counterfeiting or blurring information are not accepted for Rewards+ point accumulation and gift redemption.

- Not applicable for receipts of Bamboo Nail & Spa, Hanh Phuc Clinic, Westway Dental Clinic and purchasing gift cards at Estella Place.

- The promotion is not applicable with other promotions for new members of Rewards+

- Estella Place takes no responsibility to deliver gifts to members by other methods.

- Each member can own 1 Rewards+ account only and must provide full, accurate and unique information upon sign-up (phone number, ID/Passport, and 1 mobile device.

- Estella Place reserves the right to require members present Identity Card/ Passport during gift redemption to clarify member information. In the event that member information and gift recipient information are not matching, Estella Place reserves the right to reject to redeem gifts.

- Retail tenants & their staffs are not eligible to participate in the promotion.

- Estella Place reserves the right to reject gift redemption and block member account in the event that any acts/information provided are considered as violation during member registration process or abuses to the promotion.

- Members commit to comply with other terms and conditions of Rewards + loyalty program.

- By providing personal information, members agree that Estella Place and Rewards+ can use them to promote the mall’s upcoming promotion programs.

- Estella Place Management reserves the right to change the rules & regulations as and when necessary.
